Better Climate was engaged by Airconic, under Samssons Builders, to deliver the complete ventilation scope for a 46-apartment multi-residential development.

The project involved installation of apartment ventilation systems, common area mechanical ventilation, basement exhaust and fresh air systems, vertical riser ductwork across five levels, and roof-mounted plant and ductwork.

The works required coordination across multiple trades, tight riser spaces, and staged construction programming.
